Wilmslow Office Park, Wilmslow

Landscape proposals for the creation of a new 250,000sq ft of campus office space, set within a 34 acre site. The scheme sought to provide significant landscape and ecological benefits, with the protection of important grassland and woodland habitat. As part of the successful planning application, an LVIA was conducted and landscape mitigation provided to offset any visual impact of the development on the surrounding sensitive landscape.
